Hannah has always been looking for fun and exciting ways to exercise and express herself. She has been training in aerial pole and aerial sling over the last 3 years for strength and body conditioning.
While aerial pole and aerial sling are her passions, she wanted more of a cardio fitness workout. She went on to discover TwerkFit, loved it so much she decided to become an instructor and has been Twerking Up A Sweat ever since.
Hannah believes that TwerkFit classes are a great way to build self-confidence and coordination while relieving stress and releasing your inner twerktastic attitude!
